Growth product rules
Search ranking is explained at /verification. These are the rules for the four paid products. Software plans (Pro/Pro+) never affect ranking.
Featured Listing
₹2,999 for 30 active daysWhat you get
- Shown in the Featured group (after Premium Partner and Facility Verified) in searches for the pincodes you choose
- "Featured · Paid" label on your card
- Up to 3 pincodes, each within 15 km of your location
Requirements
- Approved boarding or daycare provider
- At least 3 reviews from online bookings and a rating of 3.5★ or above
- A free slot: 3 Featured providers per pincode; otherwise join the waitlist (48 h hold when a slot opens)
Ranking effect
- Works only in the pincodes you bought. Everywhere else you rank like everyone else
- Never ranks above Premium Partner or Facility Verified providers located in that pincode (we show their count at checkout)
- Boarding and daycare search results only — never affects grooming, walking or sitting listings, or which partner is assigned to an at-home booking
Pause rule
- If your rating drops below 3.5★ (with 3+ reviews) the listing is paused and its remaining time is frozen
- It resumes automatically, with the paused time added back, once you are at 3.5★ or above
- Paused for more than 30 days in a row → the listing ends
Duration & renewal
- 30 active days from payment. Paused days do not count
- Monthly only — there is no annual plan
- Does not renew automatically; buy again when it ends
Refunds
- Non-refundable once paid, including when paused or ended for a low rating
- The only automatic refund: the pincode filled up between checkout and payment (full refund)
Spotlight Boost

- Shown in the Spotlight group (after Featured) in searches for one pincode
- "Spotlight Boost · Paid" label on your card
Requirements
- Approved boarding or daycare provider
- At least 3 reviews from online bookings and a rating of 3.5★ or above
- Exactly 1 pincode within 15 km; 2 Spotlight providers per pincode — otherwise join the waitlist
Ranking effect
- Works only in the pincode you bought
- Never ranks above Premium Partner, Facility Verified or Featured providers in that pincode
- Boarding and daycare search results only — never affects grooming, walking or sitting listings, or which partner is assigned to an at-home booking
Pause rule
- Same pause rule as Featured: paused below 3.5★, time frozen, resumes with the time added back, ends after 30 paused days
Duration & renewal
- 48 hours, 7 days or 14 days of active time from payment
Refunds
- Non-refundable once paid
- Automatic full refund only if the pincode filled up between checkout and payment
Facility Verified

- Facility Verified badge with the date of your last physical inspection
- Ranks in the Facility Verified group in every search where you appear, above Featured and Spotlight
- New providers keep this position for 90 days or until their 3rd review, whichever is first
Requirements
- Approved boarding or daycare provider in a city where PawAddress inspects (currently Hyderabad)
- A 2-minute facility video, then a physical inspection by PawAddress
- Inspection capacity: when the queue is full, new applications wait for the next slot
Ranking effect
- Applies everywhere you appear; cannot be bought per pincode
- Below 3.5★ with 3+ reviews you keep the badge but rank in the low-rated group (last)
Pause rule
- No pause of the badge — the inspection happened. Ranking drops to the low-rated group until your rating recovers; our team reviews the account
Duration & renewal
- 1 year from passing the inspection; annual physical re-inspection
- A failed inspection gets one free re-inspection within 60 days; a second fail closes the application without refund
Refunds
- Non-refundable after the inspection visit
- Full refund if your video is rejected before a visit, or on request if we have not inspected within 30 days of payment
Reviews and your rating
- Only reviews of online bookings count toward your rating. Reviews of walk-in or manual bookings never count.
- Star ratings count from the moment they are given, good or bad. Your rating decides the 3.5★ rule for Featured, Spotlight and the low-rated group.
- Review text is masked automatically for phone numbers, emails, addresses and profanity; unclear text is checked by our team and published (masked) after 5 days at most.
- Three or more reviews in 24 hours are held as a possible fake-review spike; our team decides within 5 days.
- You can dispute a review from Reviews in your dashboard. Our team decides within 5 days; if we miss that deadline the review stays. If the dispute is upheld the review is removed and your rating recalculated, which can lift a pause.
- Removal grounds: abuse or hate, personal data that cannot be masked, not about a real booking or the service, conflict of interest, spam or coordinated fake activity.
