5. Cancellations by Provider

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a full refund including the convenience fee. Repeated cancellations (more than 2 within any 30-day period) may result in temporary suspension. Emergency cancellations must be reported to support@pawaddress.com within 1 hour of the decision.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Pet parents may leave reviews after completed bookings. You may not offer incentives for positive reviews or threaten pet parents for negative ones. You may respond to reviews through the dispute process outlined in our review moderation policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: (a) circumvent the PawAddress payment system by soliciting direct payments from pet parents discovered through the platform; (b) misrepresent your qualifications, capacity, or facilities; (c) share pet parent personal data with third parties; (d) engage in any form of animal cruelty. Violation of any of these may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
